Yeah, mostly across Canberra. We’re often in suburbs like Belconnen, Gungahlin, Weston Creek,  even Mitchell or Phillip sometimes. I live here myself, so if it’s somewhere in ACT, chances are we’ve already painted a few houses or shops around there. Now and then, we do jobs in Queanbeyan or somewhere close by too. Just give me a ring and we’ll see if it fits the schedule.

Yeah, that’s fine. A lot of clients like to stick around while we’re working, especially if it’s inside. We usually tape things up, drop sheets go down, and we keep the gear to one side so it’s not in your way. You can work from home, do your thing, we’ve had people on Zoom calls while we’re painting the next room. If we’re doing exteriors or garage painting, you might not even notice we’re there. Just make sure pets or little kids aren’t running under the ladders, you know?

Pretty much anything, to be honest. We’ve done walls made of gyprock, cement render, brick,  even timber panelled ones. Ceilings, fences, garage floors, metal gates, old sheds, you name it. We also do roof painting jobs, especially for folks in suburbs like Kambah or Woden Valley where houses have older roofs that need freshening up. If the surface needs a bit of prep, we’ll handle that too. If you’re not sure if it can be painted, just show me,  we’ve probably done something like it before.

Not the whole thing, no. If you can move the small stuff, picture frames, plants, cushions, those kinds of things, that’s always handy. But we’re not expecting you to drag out beds or shelving. We’ve got gear to cover and shift things safely. A lot of folks in areas like Kingston or Gungahlin have built-in furniture or tight spaces, and we’re used to working around all that. Just make sure we can get to the walls and ceilings, and we’ll sort the rest.

Yep, happens all the time. Some people send me five screenshots from Pinterest, others say “just make it look fresh.” Either way, I’ll give you a few ideas based on what I’ve seen work. Lighter shades open up a room, darker tones add a bit of class, that kind of thing. We recently did a job in Belconnen where the client just said “surprise me”,  turned out great. I don’t sell paint, so I’ve got no reason to push brands. Just honest advice from jobs we’ve done around Canberra homes.

Not really. We clean up after ourselves. If we’ve moved furniture or taped stuff, we sort it all out before heading off. You just enjoy the fresh paint.

Yeah, we do both. Done cafes, salons, real estate offices, even a small warehouse in Fyshwick. If it’s a workspace that needs a fresh coat, we can sort it. We usually come in early or after hours to avoid getting in the way of your staff. Just depends on the place and what you need painted. Commercial jobs are a bit different to homes, more prep, more corners , but we’ve been doing both for years.

We do sometimes, yeah. Queanbeyan is common,  we’ve done a few jobs out there. Jerrabomberra too, every now and then. Depends how busy we are and what kind of work it is. If you’re not far out, just ask and we’ll see if we can make it work.

We bring the paint most of the time. It’s part of the job. We use good stuff,  not the cheap tins, and we make sure it fits the job. That said, if you’ve already bought paint or have a brand you like, just let us know. Had a bloke in Bruce who bought fancy eco-paint online. We used it no worries. We’re flexible like that.
